checkfile2 - Give error or "unknown" when invalid path or no access

Hello!

It would save a lot of testing when setting up folder checks in Nagios if there was an error when executing "checkfile2 path=C:\test filter+..." if the path does not exist or if the user running nagios have access to read it.

As it is now everyhing looks good, but you are checking the wrong path..,

Thanks, Jonas

hello, I think it does not work at least for permission. When I upgraded I forgot to change the user running the service and I did not get any errors.

For invalid path it works fine. Invalid path gived "unknown". Great!

        I shall investigate...

Hopefully solved next time round, thanks for pointing out I missed it...
