NSClient++ Help (#1) - SysTray commands not working (#76) - Message List

SysTray commands not working

The SysTray icon is active but when I move my mouse to the tray, it dissapears. 

C:\NSClient++->nsclient++ -noboot SysTray install
l \NSClient++.cpp(292) Module was not loaded, attempt to load it
l \SysTray.cpp(63) SystemTray is now able to run as the SERVICE_INTERACTIVE_PROC
ESS flag has been set.

From the logfile I get:

I'm running as a user, with administrator rights. 

Windows 2003 Standard R2
NSClient++-Win32-0.3.0-RC1

    Usually when "icons go away when hovered" it is due to the application terminating unfriendly. Does it do this when you just run the service normally from the service manager? (or is it when you use the /test syntax)

    I am seeing a very similar problem when trying to install SysTray on WinXP. Any help on why this install is failing would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!! Here is the error msg:

    C:\nsclient++ SysTray install

    e \Socket.h<635> bind failed: 10048: Only one usage of each socket address <protocal/network address/port> is normally permitted.

    e \Socket.h<658> Socket did not start properly, we will now do nothing...

    l \SysTray.cpp<63> SystemTray is now able to run as the SERVICE_INTERACTIVE_PROCESS flag has been set. Failed to terminate thread: SysTray... MAJOR ERROR: Could not unload thread...

    e \SysTray.cpp<53> Could not exit the thread, memory leak and potential corruption may be the result...
