NSClient++ 0.3.3.20 2008-07-02 W2k3 R2 crashes

NSClient++ 0.3.3.20 2008-07-02 W2k3 R2 crashes with no error in the logs.

Here are the enabled plugins: FileLogger CheckSystem NSCListener CheckEventLog CheckHelpers

debugging is on.

Error message in event viewer: Faulting application nsclient++.exe, version 0.0.0.0 faulting module CheckSystem.dll, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00025aa0

Any help would be most appreciated.

    Read the blog. There is a new version since 08/24/08 for that issue. I installed it. Hopes the service doens't crashes anymore.

      thanks for the info, I typically try to install the stable releases. I hope this helps too.

      I guess it is happening on an XP box of mine too.

        there have unfortunately been a few issues with service/process checks and the 0.3.x branches that causes problems (which have been solved "after" proper stable releases thus only available as nightlies)... I shall try to add more (unit)test cases and thus hope to avoid this for the future but it is sometimes hard as a solo developer to keep the integration test at the quality necessary. But on the other hand I try to fix such issues as soon as they pop up (but often I do a nightly which fixes it and then wait a bit before releasing the new version to try to see if there are any other issue I need to resolve....
