Entry Names in NSC.ini

Hello,

I don't know if it is a limitation from Microsoft in the .ini format (noting about that in ​http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/INI_file), but in the section [NRPE Handlers] for example, it is not possible to use longer names than 16 characters (I wanted to use TestChargementCigogne=blabla.cmd).

    should not be a problem, but since the settings system is beeing rewritten i wont verify this. next version no longer use ms tor ead iit
