NSClient++ Help (#1) - Newbie question on NSC.ini file (#768) - Message List
Hello everyone I apologise before hand if this is a stupid question.
In the NSC.ini file I notice there are lines that begins with # ; or nothing at all. I wanted to know if # and ; were both functions to comment out lines and if there is nothing before the text that that would be something that is read by NSclient.
I was reading through the Systray install guide for windows 7 and wanted to make sure that the systray.dll module was not loaded. By default it has a ; before it however if ; is not a comment function ill put a # in front of it as well.
However that being said what is the difference between
NRPEListener.dll and ;NRPEListener.dll
Thank you for your time!

Well...
To be honest I am not sure :P I think ; is the correct one actually... by default everything is commented out so ; works at least...
I have never given it much though.. seems kind of stupid of me... been writing this program for quite some time now :P
