My nsclient.log writes every check this here:
2012-05-14 13:06:46: l:..\..\..\..\trunk\modules\CheckExternalScripts\CheckExternalScripts.cpp:229: Arguments: \LogicalDisk(C:)\% Disk Time Averages=true MaxWarn=40 MaxCrit=60
which i think seems correct! Also my server is getting the answer:
May 14 13:06:50 linux-VirtualBox nsca[1798]: Connection from 192.168.0.109 port 35522 May 14 13:06:50 linux-VirtualBox nsca[1798]: Handling the connection... May 14 13:06:50 linux-VirtualBox nsca[1798]: SERVICE CHECK -> Host Name: 'winpc', Service Description: 'disktime_check', Return Code: '0', Output: 'OK all counters within bounds.|'\LogicalDisk(C:)\% Disk Time'=0;40;60' May 14 13:06:50 linux-VirtualBox nsca[1798]: End of connection...
everything seems fine.. theres just the problem that the most values are0? i got 3 values in the last 3 hours which were >0. I see it also on my pnp4 graphs.. and perfmon gives back values like 10.. or 100 or whatever but very rarely 0 or sth around 0..

I see the same thing Dexx, wrote it up a while ago but it appears difficult to track down and reproduce... What counters are you using? I certainly see it on the % Disk counters as you mention yourself - % Idle time is a great example, it should almost never be zero (I would hope!!), but as of .163 or so it has been 0.
