CheckServiceState returns "UNKNOWN" if service is not installed

Description
Hi,
if a CheckServiceState is done for a service not installed, it returns "UNKNOWN". I think it should return a "CRITICAL" because if i do a check for a service that should run it's an error if it in not installed.

yes, this has been request before and I have (again) forgotten. I shall fix this for 0.3.4. (and if I forget again, feel free to brain me with a huge rock)...
