One of the very valuable functions of the Linux NSCA toolsets is the possibility to submit passive check results at the end of a script by executing the NSCA executable with parameters. 

It would be great to have such functionality also on the Windows platform. 
I'm not sure what would be the most optimal, a library that can be included in VB-script etc. or a compiled executable that can be used from any script/batch job. (Possibly the last is the most generic solution)
