Unable to get checkmem to error

Description

In version 0.2.7, checkMem does not return an error when a memory limit is passed (See Forum topic 10 for a few examples). However, in version 0.2.6, checkMem correctly returns errors when memory limits are passed.

To fix this issue we have replaced the Checksystem.dll with the one from 0.2.6.
