2006-02-06 New WIKI-based webbpage and new version

New version of the Webpage that is WIKI based (soo feel free to update make corrections and add stuff).

Changes in this version:

• Added CheckFile check command. This new command (in development, ie. alpha alpha alpha!) will allow various file checks such as age, size, date, etc on single or multiple files.
• Added FILEAGE support to NSClient (again, I dont have any box to try this on as I dont have an ys erver that actually support this but I think it does what it should.)
